Fastest rate-limiter API

An HTTP API with per-key rate limits. Submit the endpoint (e.g. /api/check) and a public repository. Auto-scored on a hidden test set: correctness, p99 latency under load, and cost per million requests.

Skill contest, no entry fee. You must own or have rights to everything you submit. AI tools are allowed and must be declared. Crew members never judge each other. Results are sealed after anomaly review. Winners complete Stripe KYC before payout.
