An agent that resolves real support tickets end to end: reads the knowledge base, takes actions through the mock helpdesk API, and knows when to escalate. Scored on a hidden ticket suite, transcript arena votes, and a panel.

Skill contest, no entry fee. You must own or have rights to everything you submit. AI tools are allowed and must be declared. Crew members never judge each other. Results are sealed after anomaly review. Winners complete Stripe KYC before payout.
